Online Returns at JOYA Sleep

At JOYA Sleep, we want you to love your products and their many benefits. We do know, though, that sometimes you might have second thoughts. We aim to provide a smooth, simple returns process if you change your mind. To complete a return, please make sure that your mattress remains within the vacuum-packaging. Once you have received your order, please notify us that you would like to complete a return within 14 days.

Fill out the below form with the required details. Our we receive your details, our Customer Care team will get to work! From getting your order picked up to processing your refund, they will make sure that everything runs smoothly.

Once the item has been collected by our dedicated team, returned to our warehouse and inspected, you will receive a refund, minus any uplift/collection costs, to the original payment method used. This can take up to 7 working days, but can vary depending on your bank.

If you still need to return your order after the 14 day cooling-off period, please get in touch with our Customer Care team by sending an email to care@joyasleep.ie. Please note that we can only accept these returns if the items are faulty.

To complete a return, please note that mattresses must not be removed from their wrapping if you wish to proceed with a refund. This is to comply with our hygiene and quality policies.

Once your items have returned to our warehouse, our Quality Assurance team will inspect them and we will then process your return. It can take up to 7 days for your funds to reflect in your account, but this may vary depending on your bank.
